I am a resident of Paramount Aspire, and it is an excellent place to live. The apartment is very spacious, with a beautiful garden. The ambience is like a resort, creating a nice, cool place where we can live a peaceful life.

I have purchased a 3BHK house at Paramount Grandeur Apartment, Valmiki Road, Vontikoppal, Mysore-570002. I have been residing here since Nov 2019, and I have not seen any major drawbacks in construction such as cracks, peeling of plaster, etc. The construction seems to be clean and perfect. We are enjoying our stay here.

We had come to the agreement of purchase on 16/3/2020 at your office premises.
We had instigated for minor correction in the Kitchen area, which was well taken care of and was done to our satisfaction. For this, we compliment the Marketing team Mr. Babu and site engineer Mr. Tejas.
The entire Paramount team was highly cooperative during our journey till we shifted on 16th January' 23. In fact, Paramount team had handed over the premises much earlier, but due to our auspicious day/time, we had to shift accordingly.
We have the privilege that our flat in Aspire was the first registration done on 21/1/2021, and the Managing Director Mr. Madhusudan has participated personally in the registration process, for which we appreciate and highly regard the same.
Even after the occupation of the flat, any issues are being well addressed by the Paramount team for which we appreciate them.

I was the owner of a site in Vijaynagar 1st stage, Mysore. I was looking for a good partner for a joint venture project. At this point, I came to know about a well-known builder, Paramount constructions through my friends and relatives. I would like to share my experience with Paramount Constructions, Mysore. I was on the lookout for investment in a property in Mysore and came across a write-up on the firm on an online website. I contacted the Managing Director of the firm, Mr. Madhusudhan, who immediately responded by escorting me to their construction sites in Vijaynagar. I was pleasantly surprised to see the project under construction. The project was being executed strictly as per the architect specifications, and state-of-the-art gadgets were being used. I quickly glanced through other building materials stocked on the site and was impressed with the quality. The site engineers exhibited good technical knowledge and satisfied me with their response.
